Kelley Ann Brackett Salon is the Fort Pierce hair salon of owner and stylist Kelley Ann Brackett. In this policy, "we," "us" and "the salon" mean Kelley Ann Brackett Salon.
This policy covers this website and the inquiries you send us through it, by email, by phone or by text. Appointments you book through our online booking provider are also covered by that provider's own privacy policy (see Online booking).
Information you choose to share
You do not need to give us personal information to browse this website. If you contact us, you choose what to include. Depending on the request, that usually means:
- Consultation inquiries: your name, email address, the service you are interested in and your hair goals.
- Career and chair rental inquiries: your name, email address, phone number, availability or preferred start date, experience, training and services, and an optional portfolio or professional profile link.
- Calls, texts and emails: whatever you choose to tell us, such as appointment questions or your hair history.
Please do not send medical records, payment card numbers or other sensitive details in a form, email or text. If a sensitivity or reaction matters for your service, tell Kelley privately in general terms so she can discuss product suitability with you.
How the website forms work
Our consultation and career forms do not send your answers to a website server or database. When you press the button, your device's own email app opens with a pre-written message addressed to kelleysglam@gmail.com. Nothing reaches us unless you review the message and send it yourself.
Once you send it, your message is kept in the salon's email mailbox like any other email we receive.
Online booking
The "Book online" buttons take you to our booking page on Fresha, a separate online booking service. The personal and payment details you enter there are collected and handled by Fresha, under Fresha's privacy policy and Fresha's terms. We receive the appointment details we need to provide your service, such as your name, contact details and booked service.
This website does not take payments.

Technical information and service providers
Like most websites, delivering these pages involves service providers that may process technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages requested, for example in routine request and security logs.
Some page fonts are loaded from a third-party font service, so your browser connects to that service and shares basic connection details such as your IP address and browser information.
Optional analytics
We use Google Analytics only if you choose "Accept analytics." Until you accept, the analytics script is not loaded and no analytics requests are sent. If you choose "Decline," or if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, analytics stays off.

Browser storage
This website stores a few small items in your browser:
- Booking helper: a session item that remembers you already opened the "Need help choosing?" panel during this visit. It is removed when you close the browser tab.
- Analytics choice: a local item that remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics, so we don't ask on every page.
- Analytics cookies: only if you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets its own cookies. If you later decline, we remove them from this site.
How long information is kept
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purpose you shared it for, such as answering your inquiry, providing appointments or reviewing an application, and as long as needed to meet legal, tax or record-keeping obligations. Booking information held by Fresha is kept under Fresha's policies.
Your requests and choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information you have shared with us. Contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm your identity, and we may keep some records where the law requires or allows it, such as appointment and payment records. Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you additional rights.
For information you entered on Fresha, you can also use the options Fresha provides.

This website links to other sites, such as Fresha, Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps. When you follow a link, that site may receive information such as your IP address and browser details, and its own privacy policy applies.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through it. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
