Booking and confirmation
Your appointment is confirmed when it is booked on Fresha or confirmed directly by Kelley. Sending a website inquiry, email, call or text is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Please check your confirmation for the service, date, time and salon location: 101 N US1 #128, Fort Pierce, FL 34950, in Kraaz Square.
Prices and service scope
Prices on this website are starting prices. The final scope and price depend on your hair and goals, and Kelley will discuss them with you before your service. Complex color changes may need more than one visit, and results vary from person to person.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. A $50 fee applies to no-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment.

Arriving late
If you are running late, please call or text Kelley as soon as you can. She will talk with you about what can be done in the remaining time, or help you reschedule.
Payment and deposits
Accepted payment methods and any deposit required for a service are confirmed when you book or before your appointment. This website does not take payments.
Hair history and sensitivities
Please tell Kelley privately about previous color, lightening and any sensitivities or reactions you have had. This helps her choose suitable products and any testing, following the manufacturer's guidance. Organic or natural color is not chemical-free, allergen-free or damage-free, and it is not right for every situation.
HeadSpa
HeadSpa is a cosmetic relaxation and scalp-cleansing service. It is not a medical diagnosis or treatment and does not guarantee hair growth. If you have a scalp, skin or health concern, please speak with a qualified health professional as needed, and let Kelley know before your session.
Results and concerns
If you have a concern about your service or results, or would like to ask about a refund, please contact Kelley so she can review your situation and talk through the options with you.
Photos
Kelley may ask whether she can photograph your hair for her portfolio or social media. Photos are taken and shared only with your separate permission. Booking an appointment does not give that permission.

Chair rental and employment
Independent chair rental and employment are arranged through separate agreements with Kelley. Inquiries about them are not appointments. See Careers & chair rental.
